S'mores Bars
S'mores Bars pack the familiar combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallow into a baked, sliceable bar that skips the campfire entirely. A buttery graham cracker base holds a layer of chocolate and a toasted marshmallow top. They come together in about 30 minutes and are easy to cut and share.

Ingredients
Crust
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs finely crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- ¼ cup sugar granulated
Filling
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips high quality
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, combine finely crushed graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the graham cracker mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
- Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the crust layer.
- Scatter the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer.
- Evenly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow the bars to cool in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
Notes
Lori’s Tips
- For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon to the graham cracker crust.
- Substitute milk chocolate chips for a sweeter taste, or dark chocolate chips for a more intense flavor.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
