These no-bake dessert cups layer crushed Oreos with a creamy filling for a quick, crowd-friendly treat. The contrast between the crunchy cookie crumble and the smooth cream is the main draw. They take about 20 minutes to assemble and can be refrigerated until ready to serve.
Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a plastic zipper bag. Using a rolling pin, crush them into fine crumbs. Divide about 1 tablespoon per cup as topping and set aside.
Create the Oreo Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining Oreo crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly into the serving cups and press gently to form a compact base.
Make the Cream Filling: Using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until creamy.
Add the Whipped Cream: In a separate bowl, whisk the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, maintaining the airy texture.
Assemble the Dessert Cups: Spoon the cream mixture evenly over the Oreo bases in the cups. Smooth the tops with a spatula for a clean finish.
Garnish: Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top of each cup. Optionally, place a whole Oreo on the side of each cup for decoration.

Tammy’s Tips:
For an additional layer of flavor, add a layer of chocolate ganache between the Oreo base and cream filling.
If you prefer a lighter dessert, substitute half of the cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
