This no-churn layered dessert combines vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry in three distinct bands, just like the classic ice cream trio. Each layer is made separately and frozen before the next is added, keeping the flavors clean and defined. Plan on about 6 hours total, mostly hands-off freezing time.
Vanilla Layer: In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of chilled heavy cream and 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk until medium peaks form. Gently fold in 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract.
Chocolate Layer: In a separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
Strawberry Layer: Mix 1/2 cup of strawberry puree with 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk in another bowl. Whisk until well combined and creamy.
Assembly: Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang on all sides. Pour the vanilla mixture into the pan, spreading evenly. Freeze for at least 15 minutes until firm. Add the chocolate layer on top, freeze again for 15 minutes, and finally, top with the strawberry layer. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until fully set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve: To serve, lift the ice cream out of the pan using the plastic wrap overhang and cut into slices. For a colorful presentation, serve with fresh strawberry slices, a sprig of mint, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Notes
For a more intense flavor profile, try infusing the vanilla layer with a scraped vanilla bean pod.
Alternatively, use almond extract in the chocolate layer for a unique twist.
For dietary adaptations, substitute regular condensed milk with a lactose-free version.
