Million Dollar Pie
Million Dollar Pie is a no-bake dessert with a creamy, sweet filling made from cream cheese, crushed pineapple, coconut, and pecans set in a graham cracker crust. It needs just 15 minutes to assemble, then a few hours in the refrigerator to firm up before serving. The name comes from how rich and crowd-pleasing the result tastes for so little effort.

Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk preferably organic
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut fresh if possible
- ½ cup chopped pecans toasted
- ¼ cup maraschino cherries chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream homemade or store-bought
- 1 whole graham cracker crust 9-inch; store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream and maraschino cherries, taking care not to deflate the cream.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until set.
Notes
- For a nuttier flavor, toast the shredded coconut before mixing.
- Substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds if desired.
- For a tropical twist, garnish with extra pineapple slices or coconut flakes.
