Lemon Lush is a no-bake layered dessert built on a buttery crust and filled with cream cheese, lemon pudding, and whipped topping. Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 cup all-purpose flour organic preferred
½ cup butter unsalted, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar

For the Filling:

8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon lemon zest freshly grated
2 cups whipped topping store-bought or homemade

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup softened butter, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Mix until it forms a dough.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
In another bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of freshly grated lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined.
Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping gently until the filling is light and fluffy.
Spread the filling over the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

For a delightful twist, consider adding a layer of lemon curd for a more pronounced lemon flavor.
To make this dessert gluten-free, substitute the all-purpose flour with a gluten-free flour blend.
If you prefer a less sweet dessert, reduce the granulated sugar in the filling to 3/4 cup.
