Kodiak Cakes mix forms the base of these hearty whole-grain pancakes, which cook up thick and satisfying in about 20 minutes. A quick homemade berry compote — made by simmering fresh or frozen berries with a little sugar — is spooned over the top just before serving. The compote can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to a week.
