Hello Dolly Bars — also called Magic Bars — are a layered American classic built on a buttery graham cracker base topped with chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and sweetened condensed milk. The condensed milk binds everything together as it bakes, creating chewy, golden bars in about 30 minutes. They're easy to make in a single pan and cut into squares once cooled.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper for easy removal of bars.
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Evenly press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a firm base layer.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts over the graham cracker base, distributing each layer evenly.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire mixture, allowing it to seep into all the layers.
Bake the bars in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the edges begin to caramelize.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares. This will ensure they hold together properly.

Notes
For a twist, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for a sweet and salty combination that elevates the flavors.
