Melted dark chocolate is spread into a thin slab and topped with toasted nuts, dried fruit, and any other mix-ins before it sets. The bark snaps cleanly once fully cooled, making it easy to break into rough pieces for sharing. Total hands-on time is around 15 minutes, with 30–60 minutes needed for the chocolate to set completely.

Once melted, pour the chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly with the spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Sprinkle the toasted almonds, dried cranberries, and pistachios evenly over the chocolate, pressing them slightly into the surface.
For an elevated taste, lightly sprinkle sea salt over the top.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate fully sets.
Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces and serve.
